I was wondering a few things:

1-Is this event BYOC
2-Is this event limited to highschoolers
3-Is there a skill limit of the participants if it is a free for all; aka (CAL-open/IM max)

Answers to your questions:
1. It's bring your own Computer, Consoles will be provided
2. Yes it is limited to highschoolers
3. I'm not sure what the 2nd year students are doing for Free for alls and what not I'm sure one of them can help you out if they comment on this.

There is no skill limit.
